Adam has enjoyed long-term success in his chosen field of real estate. Since entering the profession almost two decades ago, he has tallied up an impressive assistance total well over $100 million in sales, with transactions that span the industry including residential, commercial, rental and leasing.
Adam is an Edina native and began his career selling luxury homes in the Edina area, resulting in sales volume in excess of $10,000,000 annually. He then built and served as general contractor for high-end custom homes that sold in the $3,000,000 to $5,000,000 range.
Adam joined Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2007. He has extensive knowledge of North Scottsdale luxury markets such as DC Ranch and Silverleaf. Adam also has represented numerous developers on specialized urban developments in Downtown Phoenix.
Adam, who says he “loves housing, whether it’s selling, buying, remodeling or building,” believes one of the keys to success is not just empirical knowledge, but also keen instincts, continuous communication and “watching the market like a hawk.”
As an example of his commitment to an ever-growing roster of high-end clients, Adam says he would “rather have 20 transactions per year that I personally provided exceptional service on instead of 60 transactions with a team under me and little personal contact with the client.”
Real estate and his clients are obviously important to Adam, but the greatest joy in his life comes from his family. When he’s not working, “there’s no better place on the planet than to be with my wife, Patricia, and our three children, twelve-year-old Tyler, ten-year-old Mercedes and four-year-old Sienna.” In their free time, Adam and his family enjoy traveling extensively throughout the United States as well as to Patricia’s native country of Spain.
