Bob Nathan does not just sell homes. He sells the vision of a future lifestyle. When a person is looking to move or build, they want someone who can listen to them, assist them and provide superior service. That is exactly what Bob does. A Chicago boy who came out west to attend college at ASU, Bob quickly appreciated the beauty of the desert lifestyle and the opportunities it had to offer. Graduating in 1978, he began his real estate career. Two years later he joined his brother, Nate Nathan, at his land brokerage firm, Nathan & Associates.
In 1996, Bob and Nate had the opportunity of joining forces with DMB in creating DMB Realty as a minority partner. This new firm was created to oversee the custom home site sales at DMB’s flagship community DC Ranch. As Designated Broker, Bob managed the sales team in their successful program of over 250 custom homesites. “When we opened the gates in early 1997, our faces were some of the first you would see.”
In 2001, DMB bought out the Nathans’ interest in DMB Realty. At that time Bob chose to stay on as their Designated Broker. In 2004, Bob established RH Nathan & Company, allowing him to utilize his expertise within DC Ranch and Silverleaf as well as the surrounding communities. “DC Ranch and Silverleaf will always be my foundation. Selling the vision of such an incredible development is a privilege. There are, however, people that do want to look elsewhere. My affiliation with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International allows me to service those clients more completely.” Bob has surrounded himself with professionals who have the same passion for their profession as he does.
Bob has lived in four homes in DC Ranch and has built a total of five custom homes. “My passion and experience for building homes flows into my work. I love standing on a lot and visualizing what could be built there.” This is what makes Bob Nathan a success story. He does what he loves and it just happens to be his job.
