Realtor and Sales Associate Racquel Hughes Bell has been a member of the RH Nathan family since August 2006, and has worked in the real estate market since 1992. With a wealth of professional knowledge and experience, she specializes in premier home sales in the Cave Creek, Carefree, and North Scottsdale areas. Racquel started her real estate career in the new home sales market, holding positions with area homebuilders. She spent 11 years honing her skills in the North Scottsdale area, as well as selling new homes in Chandler, Gilbert, and Surprise. In 2003, she shifted her efforts to the resale market and joined Pinnacle Peak Coldwell Banker, where she worked for three years, becoming even more familiar with the North Scottsdale area. Today, Racquel brings extensive knowledge of both the Valley and area homebuilders to her work for the RH Nathan team, where she prides herself on being outgoing, as well as having a great ability to adapt to all personalities. Raised in Park City, Utah, Racquel has lived in Arizona since 1987. She attended Scottsdale Community College and the University of Utah, and currently resides in the Scottsdale area. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, tennis, biking, and being outdoors, especially while on vacation in the Caribbean.
