Tracey Davis is the newest member of the RH Nathan team of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. Tracey first started in real estate at 20 as a Transaction Coordinator for a residential brokerage while attending the University of Maryland. Following graduation, Tracey relocated to Arizona and launched a successful career in Advertising and Public Relations where her clients included high profile homebuilders and master planned communities. Next, Tracey became the Marketing Director for a multi-state restaurant group. During that time, Tracey helped to debut Roy's Hawaiian Restaurants in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Newport Beach/Irvine. Tracey also directed the marketing for the group's Ruth's Chris Steak Houses in Hawaii and the concept launch of Thaifoon restaurants in Scottsdale, Orange County, and Salt Lake City. Tracey became licensed as a Realtor in 2003 and has applied her extensive experience in marketing, research, negotiation, and luxury home amenities into her professional real estate career ever since. Tracey and her husband are North Scottsdale residents and the proud parents of two children who are a “lucky thirteen” months apart. Tracey has volunteered extensively on the boards of many Valley charities and continues to try and give back to the communities in which we work, live and grow.
